iShare Medical® Records
Medical records traditionally have been stored at the physicians’ office, lab, pharmacy or hospital. Most of the time your medical records are not accessible to you. iShare Medical® consolidates all of your medical records into a single shared medical record that is securely accessible via an internet enabled device. This helps you save time, reduce redundancy and improve your care experience.
iShare Medical® Records allows you to securely share your medical records in electronic or paper format with your physician and other healthcare providers anywhere in the United States via an internet enabled device. Plus, iShare Medical® Records allows your physician to import your records to their electronic health records using standards set forth by the United States government called Meaningful Use, giving you the ability to seamlessly and securely share medical records regardless of the electronic health records system used or if there is no electronic medical records system at all.

When you arrive at your physician or other healthcare provider’s office, often you are asked to fill out a series of forms including items such as name, address, insurance, current medical conditions, medications, allergies, past, family and social history. Plus you might have multiple physicians who have prescribed you medication. iShare Medical® Records allows you to view a comprehensive up-to-date list of all your medications from all of your physicians. Sharing the complete list of your medications and allergies with your physician can help your physician avoid drug to drug and drug to allergy reactions and helps your physician make better decisions about your care.
Get Access to Lab Results
Often your physician will order diagnostic laboratory tests and communicate with you the desired goal for your best health. iShare Medical® Records allows you to see the results of lab tests* so that you can discuss the results with your physician. *Note: State Law in some states does not allow patients to receive their lab results. When prohibited by State Law this information will not be available.

Our computers store your information on encrypted drives which require a special software key to unlock. Plus, we also encrypt the information in transmissions requiring the receiver to be authenticated before your information is shared. Think of it as a secret handshake. In addition, iShare Medical® Records does not store your information on your computer or mobile device. This means that if your device is lost or stolen, your medical records remain safe and secure.
